Bet you’ve been wondering why you haven’t received your copy of our newsletter in a while. We apologize for keeping you waiting and wondering. We know that you’ve missed our recipes, reviews of past events, hearing customer feedback and our updates on the general happenings at Island Catering. We thank you for your patience and your inquiries and are happy to announce that we’re back! And even better than before!
We are celebrating 10 years this year and so we took some time out to reflect and evaluate our accomplishments thus far and consider the way forward. No, we have not been on vacation but rather have been spending much time updating our style, diversifying our services and are making the adjustments necessary in order to better equip and enable us to move forward in 2014. We want to add a new level of professionalism and quality to our services and ultimately, cater to you in different and totally exciting new ways!
Going forward, The Island Cater will be taking a slightly different format; additional content for articles in the newsletter, will now be featured in our Blog on our website. You will continue to receive the newsletter in your inbox, but you will be able to explore video, pictures, extended articles and recipes online. So if you missed the email, you can always look for the issue on our site.
We are even more thrilled to announce that our new website has been launched! It’s a new year and we thought it fitting that we update our look to reflect our growth and aspirations for the future. As you can see, we have completely redesigned the site with a simpler layout, fresh content and a strong focus on ease of use. We believe that a great website is never truly finished and so this site will be the launching point for many exciting new features that we plan on rolling out in both the near and distant future. Some of our planned improvements include a list of your most ‘Frequently Asked Questions’ and our answers and an ‘About Us’ section so you can become familiar with some of the faces of the company.
So don’t be a stranger, check in from time to time to see what’s new – and of course, we’ll be keeping in touch as well to let you in on what’s the latest. One of the features that we would like you to take advantage of is the Order Form found on our website. We understand that for many it is comforting to call the office and get a warm voice on the other end that would professionally take your order or deal with your query but we will like to encourage you to use our Order Form to place your next order, it’s a quick and convenient way to get in touch with us day or night. No waiting, please hold or I’m sorry he/she is on another call, out of office or is unable to take your call. Plus! a copy will be emailed to you which is a great way for you to keep a record. It’s fast, reliable, easy to use and effective – Check it out!
